Whirlwind...

This week has been really weird...really hectic but also good I think? I don't really remember. Wednesday...I was stressed...had to do a paper...threw a tantrum at Jordan for us not seeing each other as much as normal humans would see eachother if they lived close for the first time in 4 years....and then it all got better. Just like that. I got to class..my professor wasn't there...which I liked even though every other day I would be mad that I had to come out to school for no reason...but I had a lot of work to do so I worked on an article that I had to do by Thursday. And then...in hopes of not hearing me whine anymore...jordan finished his midterm and he came to see me! I met him at the train station...I had finished my article almost all the way...and we went to this sushi place that I've heard so much about. Its called Fugakyu...delicious...but more expensive than I would have liked. We've been out to dinner 3 times now in Boston..all of them sushi places and...this one ranks along with the others. I think my favorite is still Mr. Sushi...its much cheaper and they have yummy Spicy Tuna. BUTTT Fugakyu had a really good spicy tuna with r tempura crumbs....that was good!

Anyway...then we came back and jordan and sarah went on a date to 7Eleven while I finished my article. We watched Shooter...and then I woke up the next morning...stressed once again:) vicious cycle.

Oh well...today was also eventful. I huge crash on the T underground that caused major delays getting to school. I got out at Hynes Convention center...which is like 5 stops away from school and probably a little over a mile? Im not good with distance...but I walked in the rain all the way to school just to find that everyone else in y class was also stuck on the train...so 4 of us sat in class complaining about our program...which actually made me like it more. School is never perfet..but I love it....but its always nice to know that there are other people that feel the same way about things as you. Even if it is negative.

Then I babysat today...Jared was really fussy for some reason which is really rare...so that made it worse becuase I felt bad for him. He's so cute...I love him. Hes closer to crawling...and I constantly chant things like "bababa" or "dadada" to him...and he now will say "dadada" on command...so I'm gonna go ahead and say that I taught him his first word..."dada". God he's cute. Smiley, gummy smile...so cute and his hair is growing and its a little curly...really cute. And Abby was good and cute today too...except when she knocked over her milk while eating dinner, I was toting Jared around who was screaming bloody murder in my ear for no known reason, there was spit-up all over my shirt....and all Abby said in response to her little accident was.."Oh no! I need more Milk!"    yes...of course you do...

But Travis...I do have a few responses for you. Unfortunately I don't get to pay attention to sports news as much as I would want...or as much as I used tol...because I'm required to follow this so called "important" news about hte world...BUT...I have some thoughts.

1. About the trade...I don't know enough about it....ask me in a week.
2. Dallas without Portis... The Redskins are capable of anything. They are capable of blowing it and capable of shocking all of us. Portis is obviously a necessary component to the team but I think that Campbell can certainly "carry" the team as you suggested. We still have smoss and cooley...even though cooley hasn't done as much this year as I expected. Obviously, Campbell was sacked 7 times I think in the Steelers game a few weeks ago and there is speculation..(and well, there's just no doubt its happening) that the cowboys, who have only sacked him 3 times in the past 2 games...are trying to figure out the best way to take advantage of weaknesses. However, I think Campbell plays particularly well against the Cowboys and I think the Steelers game was a fluke and they weren't prepared for some reason. Nonetheless, I think they will be fine. I think the momentum will suffer without Portis but I don't think that will cause a loss.
3. And I already addressed your point about the Steelers...but I think the biggest advantage for Dallas from watching that game will be seeing the blitz options...but while Dallas is looking at that...so are the Skins and there is no doubt that they will be more careful and more prepared this time around.

And That's Your Redskins Minute....
