To make up for the last post

Since most of you don't care about my assignment...I'm gonna write a new one separately that has nothing to do with my school. 

For those of you who feel that I'm not organized or clean--yes, I know...my hair looks nasty sometimes but...I am SO ORGANIZED AND CLEAN in this apartment. I love it and I've gotten crazy about it but it makes me feel so much better about life in general when there isn't crap everywhere. And...I still have matching socks...syd...but I also have 3 knots in my hair right now. 

I talked with a woman today on the T...she worked for the Globe for 23 years and retired in 2001. Starting this year...she has gone BACK to graduate school to get her degree in criminal justice because she isn't making enough off of the pension or whatever those things are from the globe. She was telling this boy who was on his way back to Serbia that he was making the right choice to go back to his home...because of all the economic troubles here in the U.S. She kept saying that its so hard for us here because we aren't used to it...but the boy kept saying back to her that there is no better place than the U.S.. I duno...but when it comes to journalists, like that woman...life is not good especially in Print and she told me that the only newspaper that will exist soon is the New York Times and that the Boston Globe is like a ghost town when you go inside...so that makes me feel good about my future....once again.

I babysat the infant 6 month old boy today...Jared. So cute...and cuddly...but he throws up all the time. But NOT TODAY:) Reason number 35693 that i"m a good babysitter. But--I have a question for people with babies--so I guess thats just my parents---what do 6 month old babies do? He woke up...I fed him...he didn't want the food so just sort of let it fall out of his mouth...then "played" meaning he smiled while I shook a rattle for 30 minutes and then went back to sleep. I wanna start teaching him things so I don't get bored. 

Oh..and I'm working out a lot...starting to get strong again. But I still have cankles.

And...David Blane is currently refusing to stop hanging upside down. what an idiot.
